Space
Evening rays reach the glades and forest soil. Glowing sun colors leaves and branches into deep orange. Quiet marsh reflects like a mirror tracing specks of light. Whole forest is burning in opal fire.

"Opal Forest" was so exotic and fantastical . . . I was mesmerized no . . . I was hypnotized and totally addicted . . . to that slightly resonating Oriental music with a mystical unreal whistling along with the sound of ?? falling balls ( a kind of a raining effect ) . . . I don't quite know how to explain that reverberating sound that fished me out of the waters of boredom and intrigued me so thoroughly . .. I simply loved this piece . . and I will come back here again. "Wood of Wonders" is a new-age, meditation piece . . very relaxing and dreamy and with a more typical aspect has a strong flow of sound which approaches as waves and pushes the listener into another dimension . . . a place of dreams . . . and visions . . . and then the storm . . . oh yes . . quite a storm . .. This music is so meditational . . . so heavenly . . . almost ethereal, and it is completely raised above the level of mere music . . . These are lengthy compositions which seem to impact all of the listener's senses . . giving the feeling that there is more than just sound in evidence; but perhaps a more surreal, more encompassing feature which is apparent in regards to the methods and instruments used to prepare these two lengthy pieces. . . This album is extraordinary, artistic and quite appealing . . . I really think it is useful as meditation or relaxation but also its exciting if used as inspiration for artistic endeavors.

Pour ce nouvel album, WMRI nous emmène dans la forêt, mais pas n'importe laquelle, une forêt aux reflets irisés, légèrement vaporeuse, couleur d'opale. Le premier morceau presque minimaliste , exotique, aux sonorités très orientales, est fascinant, très pénétrant et descriptif. L'effet "goutte d'eau" apporte de la fraîcheur au paysage qu'on imagine presque irréel.Jamais inquiétant ni angoissant, ce doux et chaleureux voyage vous plonge dans une sorte de béatitude, un enchantement et une grande sérénité. Le deuxième morceau lui, se veut plus fantastique voire fantasmagorique, presque surnaturel. Les rythmes scandés de manière presque tribale rajoutent encore un peu plus à cette ambiance très féerique. Plus on avance, plus l'effet perdure et s'épaissit. Une sorte de magnétisme s'empare de vous et la merveilleuse beauté de Dame Nature gagne tout votre être. Et ce jusqu'à la tempête, l'orage, les coups de tonnerre. Rappel de la Nature à son bon vouloir ! Comme dans un rêve !! Un album très méditatif.
