WMRI - Drifting in Silence

Record: 2009 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0046
Space, Minimal

The sixth and the last EP in Black Concept Series. One long slowly evolving piece with main theme repeating from the beginning to an end surrounded with little synth movements. The final piece of series is smooth, silent and feels like universal slumber at the end of an aeon. The track is recorded at one go and totally improvised.

WMRI - Ocean Heart

Record: 2009 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0045
Space

The fifth EP in Black Concept Series of six. A short story of ocean and waves told with clearly space music. While first two tracks are ambient in nature, the last one is a sequence-based one. Quiet and transparent sound streams bring the feeling of tranquility and light.

WMRI - Wires

Record: 2009 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0044
Space, Experimental

The fourth EP in Black Concept Series of six. A journey among the wires through an empty atmosphere of a destroyed city. Repeating rhythm, noise washes, minor pads and light arps - everything makes a cold feel of wasted land where you are in solitude. But the music is not monotonous - it is dynamic, very fascinating and totally preoccupies and makes you follow till the end.

WMRI - Emission Spectrum

Record: 2009 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0043
Ambient, Space, Experimental

The third EP in Black Concept Series of six. First and second parts are very experimental ambient current, rather strange and anxious. Pulsing low sounds and morphing high tunes create images of cosmic radiations. Finally they smoothly flow into the third part Warping Cells which is a clear synth track with noise washes and general melancholic atmosphere. Food for those who like an experimental touch in ambient music.

WMRI - Spiral Void

Record: 2009 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0042
Dark Ambient, Drone Ambient

The second EP in Black Concept Series of six. Experimental and repetitive ambient, dark in nature and gradually evolving. Slow maelstrom of cyclic drones pierced by thin threads of ghostly synth sounds pulls you into minimalistic atmosphere of an inescapable cold void spiraling deeper from nothing to nothing.

WMRI - Red

Record: 2008 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0041
Ambient

The first EP in Black Concept Series of six and first at all. Not dark, but not an easy thing also. A little experiment in vast ambient field. Red can be associated with the sense of surrounding warmth or with wide martian landscapes. It can seem to be monotonous at the first sight but in fact it is very deep and as beautiful as sceneries of far away planets.

Posthuman - Landing Request

Record: 2009 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0040
Psy-Ambient

A short work, which brought together all the developments of the musician for several years. The works themselves are also quite short, but many times deliberate and perfectly adjusted. A little adventure in the rhythm of the modern world.

Common Ratio - No

Record: 2012 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0039
No Wave, Noise Rock, Indie Rock, IDM

In the 70s in New York an avant-garde and independent cultural trend of No Wave appeared. It was some kind of a response to New Wave that was popular in that time. Inspired by those guys with their radical views on art, the author attempts to create a local reincarnation of No Wave in contemporary electronic music. This is primarily a revolt, not a familiar pure art aimed at the creation of beauty. It is pretty loud and aggressive music, impregnated with the spirit of freedom.

Ptarkh - Pomerenie

Record: 2011 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1204.0038
Dark Ambient, Industrial, Rhythmic Noise

A gloomy play in two different parts. The first one is written in static drone key with cyclic music, monotonously increasing a sense of fear. The second part, both calm and anxious, invites into a journey with the team of cosmic rangers through dark corners of the universe in search for a matching place for a colony. When it is found there will be capture and purification of a found planet from its inhabitants, mankind of the Earth.
