Vortex Mechanic - Wired Plus

Record: 2017 • Edition: 2017 • USC-WR-1711.0387
Berlin School, Ambient

«I love this place. Here, there is a unique atmosphere at any season. On that chilly summer evening when I came here with my friend Alexey, the air was especially thick and filled with bittersweet wettish freshness. Here, you fall into a special state, sitting on the recently scythed grass and looking down from the hill at power lines stretching away. It is here where several little worlds come together: a forest to the left and the right, a tiny village living its hasteless life under the hill, and the slight noise of a bustling city coming from far behind. And above, the steel giants of power line towers soaring against the darkening summer sky, which soon will be cut across by the Perseids. It is here where you take a rest from the hustle, and music itself fills your mind to later find its material form.»

Nickolay Fedorenko - Eco

Record: 2013-2014 • Edition: 2014 • USC-WR-1410.0229
Spacesynth, Electroclash

We live in a time of new technologies and reach to outer space. But we sometimes forget the nature of our home. Our cradle - Earth. The humankind shall pause to think of how to preserve it or even make it a better place. Eco is a future world where man, technology, and nature coexist in harmony. A world free from ecological catastrophes and reckless use of valuable resources. A world where intelligence rules for the good of all.

Nickolay Fedorenko - Dance Planet

Record: 2012-2013 • Edition: 2014 • USC-WR-1405.0207
Traditional Electronic, Trance

Look into the sky and you will see the austere motion of spherical bodies as if they perform the perfect space dance. Planets, moving along orbits, experience a lot of effects: the changing of seasons, solar storms, space radiation, however they don't reduce the tempo for a moment. Comets and asteroids attempt to break the lasting balance at times, but, even if they exert a shattering impact to the surface, they rarely can affect the rotating velocity of graceful dancers. They aim to continue the dance endlessly.

Okkulta - Horrors

Record: 2013 • Edition: 2013 • USC-WR-1311.0189
EBM, Industrial

The quarry is more spacious inside than it seems at first glance outside. For a hundred meters goes the straight wide hall that gradually turns into a winding narrow tunnel. Daylight doesn't reach here, and you're left to your own illumination means. Beware losing the vigilance, because metallic constructions are only a part of danger, - you may easily fall into a bottomless abyss, if you take a wrong step near the edge. Try to throw something into it and listen if it ever resound. While you follow the rail path, the darkness becomes heavier and more impenetrable, sometimes almost physically perceptible. This surrounding fills your essence with overwhelming sense of fear. Horror begins...

Okkulta - Lunar Sanctus

Melancholic tunes with romantic atmosphere and some hidden aggression inside. The sanctuary of neon light, which covers all around. It is buried in severe lands that protects it from strangers. Only the endurant reaches and gains the warm light of fire trees. All that you need is a damn confidence in yourself.

Hidelight - Evolution of Spirit

The avenue filled with light, not usual, but some especially native, light of passed years, warm and bright, painting dull gray buildings in soft colors, so they also become pleasant and dear. Birds fly in the sky, and their shadows are turned into bizarre silhouettes on the hot asphalt. The melody is sweeping above the avenue, so familiar, as if we know it for life, it is slightly disturbing, but opens up vistas of the future. Things becomes so colorful for the ones who are ready to perceive versatile beauty of the world.

WMRI - Deep Forest

Record: 2006 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1201.0014
Traditional Electronic

This unique release is built around main title track Deep Forest, which is actually a pre-WMRI track made by other member Alex Ilin. It was covered with dust for 3 years after recording and first issued only in 2006. It later remained in shadow of more popular Voices of Space and didn't get proper spread. Now it's a really precious gem with ageing more than eight years, but still sounding fresh and impressive. To be more alluring it is supported by other tracks of Alex recorded jointly with Mike Winchester. This is absolutely different look at WMRI music.
