The Dead Process - Neurotic Chronicles

Record: 2008-2013 • Edition: 2014 • USC-WR-1409.0219
Post-Industrial, EBM

Think of it as a case history of the disease. Nihilism in relation to the selfish, mundane and consumer reality, stagnant and inertial. Estrangement from the world in which one have to survive, in which human ceases to be a human, and becomes a hungry wolf that can rend any. Intrusive mass media takes roots in the brain, accustoms to the trough. All this appears not a celebration of life, but decline and disintegration - the dead process that rapidly destroys the human ideals: pursuit of self-giving and self-realization, sincerity and naturalness, assistance and cooperation. Life is just like a surreal movie, devoid of logic and sense, decorations everywhere - deception, and behind them there is nothing - hollow. Lostness in options for own behavior, mainly obsessive, fatigue and depression at the peak of the devastation and despair suggest the only way out - to fall asleep and don't wake up, drown in eternal peace. Infinity of internal conflicts - periods of Cycle: fear, panic, apathy - again and again. The dead process draws in, the resistance continues.

Eleomys - Commencement

Record: 2013-2014 • Edition: 2014 • USC-WR-1409.0216
Ambient, Cinematic

...just an essence, lost in gloom, among weird machinery and eternal frost. They are peculiar essences as well - iron giants, into whom life was breathed to make them... Could it be a kind of utopia? A perverted dream of ruined mind which seeks for solitude or unity with emptiness, if you wish. The value of silence is learnt when noise overflows everything around and breaks in thoughts. All these bawling dolls are unable to... ...shall begin, for a moment must necessarily come when all should be brought into primordial state - to the initial, to be reset to default. It will be a brand new start. And meanwhile the chance to dissolve in silence must be used all the way - to become saturated with it, until noise gets to...

Sirius Radiance - Keys to Infinity

Record: 2013 • Edition: 2013 • USC-WR-1308.0169
Space, Dark Ambient

It all started with the cold light of stars. They glanced into illuminators, creating reflections on the control panel, running reflections inside the floating motionless in the silence ship. Surrounded by alien luminaries for a billion parsecs from home, you dwell in the intergalactic quietness and charm of spread before the consciousness abyss. How could the Universe sound? How to hear it? Exemption from impenetrable protective shell and a spacewalk should bring to the knowledge of pure creation, removing all technological barriers. Along with timeless knowledge wash over memories of childhood, when the rings of Saturn illuminated tiny cradle, lulling muted glow and a leisurely rotation. Reminiscences the long deserted old research station, where experience has been acquired, where lingering journey to unknown has begun: path through time and space, pursuit of elusive answers to ageless questions - the keys to infinity.

Saty - Stist

Record: 2012 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1209.0097

Ptarkh - Dust

Record: 2012 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1209.0089
Industrial, Dark Ambient

Time has no meaning for the ones who are not of flesh and blood. Only the mortals build their citadels to hide away from danger, but still the darkness creeps relentless beneath their walls. The spirits of dusk dash into the strongholds, pass through the reinforced gates, fly over the deep ditches and raised bridges getting through the walls right into the private room to devour your soul. Those who try to trust the stone and carve their memories in solid rock are pathetic... For every monument someday will turn to dust.

WMRI - In Frozen Drones

Record: 2010 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1209.0088
Dark Ambient

There is no whit of warmth and comfort in the terrible cold land at the edge of the world, and no way out off there. Broken silhouettes of ice sculptures seem to express a desperate rush stopped by merciless frost till the end of time. The soil consisting of a mixture of ice and gray lifeless earth, is mangled with cracks, fathomless craters and heaving upward faults. Warped by tectonic movements, strata appear as if the fiery giants struggled with one another crushing subtle creations of the natural masters and left only ruins, which became the kingdom for the restless blizzard. Life is impossible in this territory of evil, and any attempt to survive is the hopeless struggle with uncaring elemental force. There is only droning hum is heard around: irrepressible incessant moan of the planet tortured with the glacial sore.

Saty - Undercurrent

Record: 2011 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1208.0083
Drone Ambient, Dark Ambient

Could you imagine drowning in an impersonal spiraling pool? This is the breathtaking feeling of the irresistible movement to an end. Crossing the edge, you fall into the vast undercurrent. The other side that is weird and inconceivable, but it's right before your eyes. The impossible world of strange omnidirectional streams, areas of void, fractal tunnels and mental doors. Diverse obscure moves, eruptions and morphs around are your immediate milieu. There is no necessity to dispose their attention. Just stay perceiving your naughtiness forever.

Ptarkh - Dark Position

Record: 2011 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1205.0054
Dark Ambient, Industrial

Rustle of broken branches and fallen leaves, whisper of sad spirits, near and distant noises come along with you in the endless walk through the land of the dead. Abandoned mechanical structures corrode under the rain. Murmurous streams run under heavy-clouded skies. Only the sound of heartbeat binds the stranger with the world of living, but soon the inevitable darkness absorbs it without a trace.

WMRI - Shelter

Record: 2008 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1203.0032
Dark Ambient, Industrial

The album dark as the night. It is separated into two parts. First part consists of four drifting and droning tracks fading each other. Second part consists of a long complex track and shorter track that's actually a Shelter main theme. While first part is mostly based around deep low drones, surrounding sounds and minimal, except a noisy drone piece in the end, the second part is based on industrial echoes, longer piece starts with some even melodic theme and moves towards to the emotionless drift with minor drone beats and for the second section the far bell sounds appear. Shelter theme is a separate topic for discussion as it's a complete scene of factory interior: hammer-like drone beats and noise splashes give the unique feeling of a safe and dangerous place at once. The idea of noise splashes was later used once again in Wires.

Ptarkh - Страх (Fear)

Record: 2010 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1202.0019
Dark Ambient, Industrial, Noise

This play tells that the world has become at the brink of nuclear war, deterrence was the general practice, however some missiles have reached their targets. The greater part of the narration is the track UnAmerica, which opens a technogenic zone of high radiation in front of us. It is an image of processes destructing every life and non-organic substance. It is an energy evaporating everything it influences. Sole survivors hopelessly force through infected zones searching for a little isle of life. It is a deadly harvest of mankind progress... and there is nothing left but fear.

Record: 2009 • Edition: 2012 • USC-WR-1202.0017

A slow drift of common events in small park - the theme of the first half of this floating mass. Surrounding sounds and voices make a feeling of calmness and harmony. However this serene being is ruined in the wink of an eye. Skies are covering with heavy turbid black smoke-screen. Ground is etched with cracks and pits. Voices are drowning in noise. The old factory launches the run of its corroded machinery...
